Our quality control and attention to every detail regarding your shock repair ensures that your shock absorbers leave the factory in perfect working condition.

Each unit is individually inspected after finally assembly and tested by hand to check the smoothness of operation and for any oil leaks.

We are so confident in the quality of our suspension repairs, that we offer a THREE MONTHS guarantee on parts and workmanship for repairs on off road shock absorbers, and a TWELVE MONTHS guarantee on repairs to road bike shock absorbers.

PLEASE NOTE:
In the case of a claim under our guarantee it is necessary to return the shock absorber in question with the original invoice to us, so we can examine the unit and establish the cause of the problem and verify your claim.

If the shock has been tampered with, your claim will be refused.

If the problem is found to be due to faulty materials or workmanship that is found during the guarantee period then we will carry out any necessary work free of charge.

This guarantee does not cover for any damage caused to the shock absorber after the goods have left the factory or for damage caused during fitting the unit to the motorcycle or damage caused whilst riding, as these are beyond our control.
