ORDERING INFORMATION

Our policy of supplying a tailor-made suspension system for you and your bike means that to achieve the aim, we need some accurate information from you. We need this input to help provide you with the right specification for your suspension. The following questions will enable us to supply you with your exact suspension needs.

  • Make of motor cycle and the year of manufacture?

  • Length of shock absorber required measured on bolt centres.

  • Size and with of shock absorber mount as these can be different from standard. Please check this before ordering we cannot be held responsible for variations on your particular motorcycle.

  • Intended use of your motorcycle.

  • Your all-up rider weight? (with kit on)

  • Any relevant modifications from the standard geometry? e.g. swinging arm or mounting modifications, if known.

  • Any special applications? e.g. Hill climbing, sand racing.

Special shocks/Custom units can usually be built up from our in-stock range of components.
Prototype or special applications can be made to your requirements, but we do ask for a 50% deposit with your order, and payment in full before dispatch.

PAYMENTS
The easy way to pay for your shock absorbers is: Debit or credit card (all major cards accepted), B.A.C.S. transfer, PayPal, Cheques in pounds sterling, on an English bank.

PLEASE NOTE: Cheques or bank transfers in foreign currency can only be accepted by prior arrangement due to the high cost of bank charges on these types of transaction. It is much cheaper to use cards where possible.
Due to PayPal charges, there will be an added surcharge of 5% on the final invoice total for using this method.
